The data that matters

The channels that make this discipline read on screen, synced to your footage.

Lap timer and delta

A broadcast-style timing tower with current lap, last lap, and a live delta to your best. The moment you gain or lose time shows on screen, corner by corner.

The racing line, on the map

Your GPS trace drawn as a clean track map with a moving marker. Spot the line you took into the apex and exactly where you ran wide.

Speed and G-force

Entry speed, minimum corner speed, and lateral G overlaid on the footage, so your onboard finally explains why that lap felt fast.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sync a RaceChrono CSV to my GoPro footage?

Yes. Import the CSV (or VBO) export from your lap timer, load your GoPro clip as a reference, and line the data up to the video on the timeline. Overspeed maps speed, lap, and GPS automatically.

Does it show a live delta to my best lap?

Yes. Add the lap timer widget and it shows current lap, last lap, and a running delta to your fastest lap from the same session.

Is phone GPS enough, or do I need a dedicated lap timer?

Either works. A dedicated lap timer or VBOX gives the cleanest GPS and lap data, but any CSV with GPS and timestamps will drive the map and speed gauges.

Can I design a custom widget for my track day overlay?

Yes. Describe what you want, like a combined delta and sector-time panel, and the AI Studio builds a custom, fully styled widget. Refine it in plain language and save it to reuse every session.
